Adel’s experience as a Buyers’ Agent, Property Investment and Development consultant honed his ability to conduct detailed market analyses and negotiate and acquire strategic and lucrative sites.
As the Managing Director at Investor Haven, Adel leads strategic ventures that capitalise on market opportunities while formulating bespoke investment strategies. Particularly adept at catering to the needs of high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors, Adel ensures optimal deals and maximum return on investments. Stewart Alfio
Stewart has worked within multiple domestic and global client-side project management and property development companies, with experience in delivering projects across the residential; commercial; retail; hospitality; mixed-use and QSR Sectors, up to $200 Million in value. He has delivered projects for major tenants such as Woolworths and Coles, and has also undertaken a tenancy coordination role for the developments.
Before Sovereign Land, Stewart was a state-leading Manager for obtaining DA approvals for a leading QSR brand in Australia. Stewart has managed early due diligence, financials, securing DA approvals and construction for:
